Members

Invite teammates and manage access to your Simplifyd Cloud project.

Project members can view and manage services, deployments, variables, and settings based on their assigned role.

Viewing members

Go to Project Settings → Members to see all current members and their roles.

Inviting a member

  1. Go to Project Settings → Members.
  2. Enter the invitee's email address in the invite field.
  3. Select a role (Admin is the default for project invitations).
  4. Click Invite.

An invitation email is sent to the address. The invitee must accept the invitation to gain access.

The invitee does not need to have a Simplifyd Cloud account before being invited. They will be prompted to create one when they accept the invitation.

Roles and permissions

AdminFull access: manage services, deployments, variables, members, billing, and settings
MemberView and manage services, deployments, and variables; cannot manage members or billing
ViewerRead-only access to the canvas, deployments, and logs

Removing a member

  1. Go to Project Settings → Members.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to their name and choose Remove.

Removed members immediately lose access to the project.

Workspace-level membership

Members added at the workspace level have access to all projects within that workspace according to their workspace role. Project-level membership provides access to a single project only.

To manage workspace members, go to Workspace Settings → Members.
